Support Engineer Required for an Expanding Company in Ipswich Salary - £25k - £35k D.O.E. Benefits Join this Exciting and Expanding Business and Develop your Career A long-term and well-respected client of TEC Partners is currently seeking an experienced Support Engineer to join their busy and growing team based just outside of Ipswich. Our client is committed to investing and supporting their staff, giving individuals the opportunity to up-skill and further their skillset. The successful candidate will be offering Support for the Clients based on SLAs, covering a range of user needs. Following receiving tickets, faults or incidents from the user, you will the diagnose and resolve the issue, or escalate the ticket to the Development team that work alongside you. You will be working with bespoke applications; therefore, prior experience of these apps is not required. Our client is looking for somebody however who is looking to throw themselves in to role and learn on the job. Our client offers a very generous salary and is looking for individuals who are very keen on progressing their career and developing themselves. In addition, our client is looking for someone hardworking, with a 'can-do' attitude and a 'Right 1st time' approach to the work they do. Essential Skills / Qualities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A fine attention to detail with a 'Right 1st Time' Approach to work. Somebody who is empathetic, understanding and good at problem solving.
