Overview
Broster Buchanan are working with a high growth SME industrial services client based in central London. The role of Management Accountant has recently become available and is a fantastic opportunity for someone to to join the business at a time of change. Reporting to the divisional Financial Controller, the role will manage a portfolio of customer accounts and be responsible for providing value-add reporting and financial insight for the operational teams. Your role will include P&L reporting, monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis, and implementing improvements to financial controls and processes. As the ideal candidate you will have the following skills and experience: Part qualified accountant or finalist level with some experience in a similar role At least two years experience producing management accounts Industry experience within a small to medium sized business that is growing Strong communication skills to build effective relationships with operations Technically minded with high level of computer/systems literacy This role will be best suited for a driven individual who likes a challenge, has an eye for making improvements happen, and someone who is looking to develop their career in a thriving SME. The position is paying from up to £40,000 basic salary with bonus, pension and other flexible benefits.
