Overview

Your new role As our Group Delivery and Deployment Director, you will ensure the successful implementation of all software delivery to our customers and build strong customer advocacy across the group. This role includes responsibility for Client Delivery, Project Management, Operations and Deployment across the Group. You will be setting the strategy for our delivery function, ensuring successful delivery of projects and programmes, exceeding the expectations of our customers and leading continuous improvements. You will quickly build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, provide strategic input to our internal processes and lead your function to deliver operational excellence. The team you’ll join You will form part of the senior leadership team, reporting directly to Bob, our Group Chief Operating Officer, and lead a team of over 100 people nationwide. Whilst you can be based out of any of our offices (London, Watford, Bolton, Leeds), travel throughout the UK will be required, on a regular basis.
