Senior C# Quant Developer - £600 (Circa) Per Day An excellent opportunity has arisen with big brand for a talent Senior C# Quant Developer to join an exciting project. The candidate will work with the Solution Architect, Data Scientists and IT team to build the analytics platform and be involved in migration to the cloud platform. The successful candidate will be a committed and articulate individual, required to communicate and collaborate effectively with Data Scientists and Data Engineers, and build effective relationships within relevant areas of IT and the Data Analytics team. Role of the Senior C# Quant Developer ·Developing/enhancing a C# based analytics model ·Responsible for end-end build, test and release of financial models ·Perform Proof of concepts to integrate with new machine learning models using technologies such as Python, C++, C API ·Work on complex computational and data-related problems ·Delivery of high performance software solutions on Microsoft Platforms and integrations with a variety of technologies and environments ·Developing software solutions which adhere to in-house architectural principles Requirements of the C# Quant Developer ·Strong C# / .NET Framework Programming skills ·Machine learning programming languages - python. Experience with any of the following is beneficial: numpy, pandas ·Integrate with machine learning models using technologies such as Python, C++, C API ·Knowledge of design patterns, experience in designing software components ·Experience in building financial models and high performance solutions ·Programming with C#/ Microsoft Excel ·Cloud Experience -Microsoft Azure / Microservices architecture is a plus ·Proficient in Database Development on MS SQL Server with extensive knowledge of T-SQL ·Programming experience in shared codebase: source control, unit testing, continuous integration ·An ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about technology and has an interest in quantitative model development ·10 - 15 Years Software Development Experience ·Minimum 3 years of experience working in financial modelling development ·Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89850087
