JOB TITLE: Office Administrator - German speaking LOCATION: Purley SALARY: £18/£25k depending on experience, including benefits Job Summary This is an ideal opportunity for a Office Administrator German speaking, to join this highly successful international Creative Packaging & Brand Building Agency based in South London. The Office Administrator will be required to assist and support the Office Manager with overall general housekeeping and office administration duties. The Office Administrator will need to be able to carry out some language skill-based responsibilities, such as answering telephone calls in German and other ad-hoc projects. Responsibilities To assist the Office Manager in all Office Management duties in a friendly, efficient and professional manner, not limited to but including the following; housekeeping duties to assist with the upkeep and maintenance of the office; arranging deliveries/post; and finance administration as required such as raising invoices in German. To answer telephone calls in English and German, receiving visitors and manning the reception desk. To deliver a 5 welcome and assistance of on-going coordination and support to all guests, clients and visitors. Job Skills and Qualifications You will be able to speak and write German fluently. You will have experience in MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel). Experience in using MAC IT systems is advantageous. You will be able to balance and own your own workload. You will be flexible and able to co-ordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
