Social Worker for Referral and Assessment Team in Outstanding Local Authority Reference: 119841 Type: Permanent Salary (£): £41,000 Role Summary: Working in this role you will have duty every 6 weeks, meaning you would have a substantial amount of time to clear your caseload of around 18 cases before being assigned another batch. This allows you to work through your cases at a steady rate minimising stress whilst also being able to build meaningful relationships with service users.
