Overview
A global investment business covering individual and institutional investment strategy is looking to add a Digital Security Engineer to their successful team just outside of Epsom. Your role will be to support Global Digital Security team to build out a Global Identity and Access Management strategy to meet the evolving needs of the business. This includes architecting solutions, building reference applications and guiding the wider team to drive the strategic client IAM solutions working with Global Enterprise Architecture group, Business, Security and product teams. Your ability to establish trusted relationships with key business clients, create cost effective global IAM solutions with the team in a structured way, to drive change, prioritise delivery and challenge existing processes will be the key to your success. Key Responsibilities Responsible for delivering IAM solutions for the Global Digital Security team in Asia, India & Europe. Drive the business relationship across multiple business teams and geographies. Provide recommendations and guidance to Senior Leadership Team on IAM and IDaaS strategy. Work with Global Architecture group to drive API strategy. To assist with training/coaching team members and exposing them to new technologies. This is a great opportunity to make a significant impact through process improvements, work prioritisation and client engagement, and across the business - especially in delivering cost effective technical solutions to support the evolving requirements of the Digital business. Experience and Qualifications Required Solutions architect level experience designing and implementing Global Identity and Access Management solutions. Strong experience in industry standard Security Tools and User repositories (e.g. Siteminder, LDAP, SSO) designing and implementing global solutions to meet business requirements Strong experience in Web Access Management products (e.g. Siteminder) & Single Sign-On technologies (SAML, OAuth) Practical experience implementing Multi-Factor Authentication & Adaptive Authentication Good experience of API Management products management & development experience in Google Apigee , CA API Gateway or similar products. Experience with supporting and delivering Cloud strategies from an IAM perspective. Strong knowledge of HTTP layer Transactions, sessions, cookies, caching, compression, encryption, all web clients, all web servers. Strong understanding of Networks, Databases, Security, Application & Infrastructure design Practical experience in Agile development methods - Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, etc Sound knowledge of industry best practice regarding Service Management (E.g. ITIL) This organisation is looking for someone who has the personality and desire to build strong internal relationships whilst delivering business critical IAM projects to tight deadlines. You will possess a breadth of knowledge across the IAM technology landscape with working familiarity of Cyber control frameworks NIST, ISO27001 etc. with a clear understanding of the OWASP top 10. An undergraduate degree in a relevant technology field or significant relevant experience is advantageous. Ideally will also have security accreditations such as CISSP or CISA.
