Digital Activation Manager We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Digital Activation Manager to join a leading automotive business. The post holder will be responsible for managing, reviewing and reporting our client’s visitor insights using a range of customer facing digital tools to increase satisfaction across our client’s digital touch points. The role will allow the successful individual to manage customer connectivity and digital relations with their personalised customer portal and connected car applications. The scope of the role is to effectively lead, manage, collate and report on digital customer performance across our client’s digital touch points to reduce consumer friction points and deliver effective resolutions. Working with our client’s key stakeholders you will be planning and road mapping all content updates including localisation to their personalised customer portal and connected car application to maximize consumer interaction and satisfaction. Responsibilities / Skills required: Essential Effective project management skills. High level of attention to detail and excellent written skills. Ability to work/manage with multiple stakeholders. Creative and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude. Highly motivated with the desire to motivate others. Desirable Motor industry knowledge. Experience with website analytics. Experience in agency management. Interest in digital and digital eco-systems.
