Our client is looking to fill Full time opportunities in the Hampshire area for experienced New Business Development/Software Architect/Delphi C# Developer/C# Developers. Our Client is looking for; New Business Development Executives RESPONSIBILITIES • Seek out new business opportunities within defined guidelines and time-scales • Deliver consistently against targets • Build, manage and maintain a substantial pipeline of qualified opportunities to underpin target achievement • Ensure that all pipeline activity is accurately recorded and updated within CRM • Thoroughly research and understand individual market sectors to identify potential customer targets • Accurately forecast sales by month and quarter • Demonstrate the clients product and services suite clearly and differentiate the clients offering with in the market • Successfully position the clients solutions within the context appropriate to the specific client or sector, utilising Value Based arguments and Consultative Sales engagement • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms as required and in line with company guidelines • Ensure all customers receive a professional handover between Sales and Service/Support • Continually development of your knowledge and skills to ensure they remain current and relevant • Promote a professional image at all times • Ensure completion of all required Sales documentation and adherence to all Sales processes • Demonstrate effective and collaborative use of all available resources • Understands the value of developing leads and contacts through cold calling when necessary Software Architect RESPONSIBILITIES • Designing, implementing and reviewing architectural solutions • Setting and ensuring the right standards are expected and delivered • Leading the new and ongoing development on key systems for both internal and external stakeholders • Responding to customer incidents and resolving service-affecting issues • Coach, support, and mentor developers to improve over time • Promoting a strong adherence to standards and oversight - practice and guidance • Promoting a team culture and continuous improvement • Identifying improvements, planning and estimating work, designing architectures and implementing solutions Delphi / C# Developer RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. • Deliver high quality functional software within agreed time-scales. • Collaborate with a team to prepare designs, estimates and functional specifications. • Maintain quality through code and document reviews. • Participate in Agile based meetings to ensure iterations are well defined, planned and delivered. • Investigate software/system faults and devise solutions to these problems. • Review team & iteration performance to identify improvements to future deliveries. • Take responsibility for own learning and ensure rapid uptake of familiarity with the system • Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop changes • Maintain accurate documentation C# Developer RESPONSIBILITIES • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code • Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems • Help maintain code quality, structure, and automatisation • Participate in team meetings and discussions • Maintain accurate documentation If you think you have the relevant skills or qualifications and would like some more information please submit your CV with the job opportunity you are applying for.
