Job Description
We have a new opportunities for a Homecare Nurse, Physiotherapist and Clinical Transfer Coordinators. Essentially, we are looking for a talented, patient focused clinician to join our fantastic team working in partnership NHS Trust in Southampton. As a clinician, you will deliver gold standard, one to one, holistic care in the comfort of the patient's home. As a Homecare Nurse/ Physiotherapist with healthcare at home you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering one to one care in line with the patients needs, whilst maintaining professional standards and following the relevant care plan. You will be building lasting relationships with patients, stakeholders and patient support networks to aide and support patients treatment and recovery. It will be important in the role to accurately document all patient care and clinical observations to provide real time data to assist with long-term goals of the business and the patient. What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful? Fundamentally we are looking for clinicians who are dedicated to offering outstanding professional patient care, it's at the heart of what you do. You will be a registered general nurse who has experience within an acute setting and competent in the administration of IV therapies.
