The Role: To work on multiple IT software implementation projects simultaneously To deliver visits, internet-based training & consultancy to French & UK clients To provide installation and/or consultancy expertise. To guarantee that reported problems are dealt with appropriately and timely manner. To provide 1st and 2nd line technical support Working with internal departments and external clients to deliver excellent service What we are looking for: Fluency in French Experience of implementing business software solutions or project management A good understanding of SQL is strongly preferable A willingness to travel to France a couple times a month to carry out training So what are you waiting for?
