Overview

French Administrator Our client based in Maidenhead is looking to recruit a French Administrator responsible for: Processing orders from point of sale to delivery Providing routing information and issuing shipping instructions to ensure deliveries arrive on time and to their correct location. Responsible for tracking the goods in route to their destination Ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved to avoid delays. Liaising with suppliers, customers, forwarders and agents Creating and issuing shipping documentation Provide full support to the team Skills Required; Previous experience of Sea Freight operations Fluency in French and English is essential Working knowledge of MS office Strong customer service and relationship building skills Good time management and organisational skills Excellent communication skills
