Overview

This is a very successful organisation based within the Stoke on Trent area. Over the last five years they have enjoyed great success and have grown substantially. They are looking for an Accounts Coordinator to join them as a result of this growth. Job Description: As a key member of the Head Office Accounts team, the Accounts Coordinator will report directly to the Finance Manager and contribute to day to day transactional accounts processing across a variety of areas in the finance function. Duties will include: Credit control Posting of customer receipts BACS schedules, supplier payments, Euro payments, additional monthly payments Ad hoc reports for Directors and Managers Operations and customer queries Credit terms, credit applications and setting up accounts Month end - reports/reconciliation Credit card reconciliations and posting to SAP Process expenses Various monthly reconciliation work Candidate requirements for the Accounts Coordinator role: Either AAT fully qualified or part qualified CIMA, ACCA or ACA Previous accounts experience covering a variety of duties Educated to A Level or higher Outgoing personality to liaise with different teams within the company e.g. sales and logistics Salary: £21,000 - £23,500 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm Brampton Recruitment are an independent Commercial and Accounts & Finance recruitment agency working in partnership with employers spanning Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire, and the Greater Manchester region.
