Overview

Are you a data analyst or graduate with a mathematics or sciences based degree, who is looking for an opportunity to put your skills to the test at a truly global support services organisation? We are looking for a data analysts to join the Asset Management Team on a fixed term contract until 31st December 2020. There is also a strong possibility of a permanent position at the end of the contract, and the opportunity to start a career at this prestigious organisation. This part of the organisation provide complete and in-depth asset surveys to their clients, and during this process capture and process huge volumes of data. Due to the variety of clients they work with the data that comes back from site will also vary massively, ensuring that no two days at work will be alike. The Role: Responsible for providing a highly professional service collating, cleansing, verifying, maintaining and managing robust asset data across my clients portfolio Location identification, assignment and labelling for a large and complex buildings such as hospitals, data plants and universities etc. Mapping codes and timings against physical asset records for labour loading purposes and predictions of labour requirement for business decision purposes Building life-cycle plans for a significantly large and complex site based on current asset condition and CIBSE life-cycle guides to enable timely cost-effective decisions to be made around asset replacement activities Mapping and recording of historic compliance documentation on behalf of a named client to deliver visibility of compliance against statutory requirements. Reporting on gaps in documentation the enable action by the client Support the Asset manager and ensure the effective capture, analysis, validation and management of data to meet the programming and planning needs of the organisation. Cover all aspects of property, components, land asset, performance and programme data as well as document storage Assist in the communication and coordination of activities connected with surveys / inspections, data collection, record keeping and reporting About You: Excellent knowledge of data manipulation and interpretation Degree qualified with Science or mathematics type degree An ability to work with large volumes of data to produce output summary reports and to undertake scenario modelling as part of data interrogation Ability to produce quality reports to summarise performance data in a succinct manner A data analyst who has worked with kykloud software would be hugely beneficial. High level of IT literacy and an understanding of new ways of working, with particular emphasis on extensive experience of Microsoft Office Excel Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
