Overview
Sharp are really excited to be recruiting for a well known growing and exciting business in Doncaster. Due to their success this forward thinking and innovative business are looking for a Payroll/Accounts Administrator who can really hit the ground running and help develop the current payroll systems and processes while assisting in some accounts admin tasks. This role will see you based in Doncaster with some of your responsibilities including: -Monthly Payroll (120EE's) preparation for hourly and monthly paid staff, payroll processing, payments to EE's, HMRC, CSA and court orders, for multiple sites. -Management of SSP, SMP, SPP. -Annual payment for P11d's class 1A NIC's calculated by Financial Controller. -Inputting/Checking of auto enrolment pension information, and ensuring correct pension deductions from staff after waiting periods. -Payroll month end and year end reporting/closing period responsibilities. -Process HP Finance DD payments and split capital and interest elements when posting. -Daily and monthly bank reconciliation on accounting systems, including checking sales ledger postings. -General adhoc assistance in the finance team to cover holidays, sickness and busy periods. The ideal applicant will have previous experience in Payroll/Finance and must be tenacious and driven alongside having a high level of skill using Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or above). The ability to work in a changing and flexible environment and being able to learn/adapt quickly will be essential in being successful for this role.
