This is a permanent vacancy for a full time, Lead Physiotherapist with MSK and elective Orthopaedic experience Key Responsibilities of this Physiotherapy position include Plan, implement and assess high standards of Physiotherapy care for patients, following hospital guidelines and protocols, promoting a patient-focussed approach to care. Be accountable for the safe day to day running of the Physiotherapy function Actively manage physiotherapy staff on a day to day basis, including performance/conduct management Ensure patient care areas are safe, fit for purpose and effectively maintained Be accountable for the management and co-ordination of the department Why work for this client?
