Credit Controller Monthly Bonus Wythenshawe £23,000 - £25,000 Following the successful merger with another business in the North West, the Finance Director is looking for an additional Credit Controller to join the current team of 2. Thanks to an increase of 35% in their customer portfolio from 2019 you will be given your own ledger of clients where you will manage the entire process from raising the sales invoices through to producing debtor reports. Because of the autonomy of the role you can look forward to working towards a personal cash collection target with monthly increments of up to £200 as the business believes in rewarding your hard work. It's essential you are able to have a firm but fair approach and be able build a rapport with customers as this isn't a typical, mundane phone-bashing role… as much emphasis is put on maintaining relationships as it is debt retrieval.
