Purpose of the Recruitment Resourcer role: To provide support to the recruitment consultants with the aim of maximizing client satisfaction through proactive and thorough sourcing of quality candidates. Key duties of the role are: To develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the roles we work on and companies we work with Take responsibility for developing an in-depth understanding of client companies and their cultures, the industry as a whole, and the differing requirements of the roles we work on To use appropriate methods for candidate sourcing in a thorough and methodical way Sourcing appropriate candidates to put forward for roles through a variety of search methods such as in-house database, industry specific website CV banks, LinkedIn and application screening etc To screen candidates and match them to suitable job roles Working on live vacancy briefs and ensuring that all eligible candidates are considered Considering candidates for speculative applications where appropriate To conduct telephone and face to face interviews with candidates For initial registration with Danielle Ward Recruitment and to assess suitability for current live roles and potential future opportunities Ensuring that all necessary information is gathered in an accurate and timely way Discussing vacancies with candidates, ensuring all relevant information is explained and is understood by the candidate To carry out administrative duties Ensuring that candidates database records are accurate and up-to-date Preparing candidate CVs to send to clients, ensuring that all 'top sheet’ information is accurate, well written and is focused on selling the candidate on their merits Maintaining the send out list accurately and promptly Answering the telephone, handling general enquiries, other ad hoc duties where required Other duties Covering recruitment consultant’s tasks where necessary in their absence Requirements for the role: Confident communicator with excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing Good judge of character with the ability to develop good relationships with candidates Well organised, with good administrative skills Able to work to deadlines and a strong multi tasker Excellent telephone manner and good IT skills Strong attention to detail with a commercial approach to tasks
