Overview
Oracle DBA/Middleware Consultant Oracle DBA required to work for an innovative technology-based client based in London. This role shall offer the right candidate the opportunity to grow, develop their skills as well as to work on some interesting projects. Working within the middleware and database team you will help design, implement, support and offer consultancy across a range of database and middleware technologies; with a particular focus on cloud technologies. Core tasks include installation, configuration, and performance tuning. You shall also be involved in aspects of DevOps, agile development and consulting. Cross-training on other products/new technology shall be offered to candidates who demonstrate a good depth and breadth of technical expertise working across databases, middleware and cloud platforms. Skills required: Oracle and Oracle Middleware Oracle Exadata, RAC, Dataguard, Performance Tuning DevOps CI/CD environment shall be preferred Database Administration (Oracle, SQL Server, MYSQL) Middleware technologies (Websphere, Weblogic, Tomcat, JBOSS) Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud) You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communications skills and enjoy working collaboratively with a flexible and enthusiastic approach If you would be interested in hearing more please forward your CV for immediate consideration.
