The role itself is prime for a candidate that is well versed in Continuous Improvement, Root Cause Analysis and Lean manufacturing within an automated, regulated environment. The company pride themselves on their family orientated approach to work life, but equally their unique and innovative methods to develop, design and manufacture products that are real game changers to the Healthcare Industry on a global scale. Due to the size of their manufacturing facilities, the Continuous Improvement Engineer will be working on continually improving automated machinery, effectively ensuring that they are always performing at their best, in order to continually hit high volumes of production outputs, all within tight and strict regulations. All the appointed Continuous Improvement Engineer will need to show is HNC or equivalent in an Engineering related subject and possess a strong track record within Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
