Overview
A leading specialist Insurance Broker is currently recruiting for a Wordings Technician for the London City office Summary To provide prompt, accurate and effective technical wordings support directly to clients and business unit. Deliverables Ensure accurate and timely production of insurance documents Develop and produce bespoke wordings for clients as well as developing other wording products as required Prepare slips, policies, wordings, clauses and Evidences of Cover Provide suggestions to brokers as to how cover can be enhanced Perform quality control checks on slips and wordings prior to broking Ensure that agreed wordings are incorporated within contracts as required Maintain a current library of relevant wordings, clauses and policy forms and where necessary register most commonly used forms with relevant bureaux Adhere to and meet fully the expectations of the business, as set out in its policies and procedures, training material, and embedded in its systems and controls. Our policies and procedures are written to encapsulate the compliance, legal and financial crime related legislation and regulations Comply with any external rules and requirements imposed on individuals performing their role, such as Lloyd's byelaws and FCA rules. Experience Required Knowledge of wordings for PI market Experience in a specialist wordings role within a broker or insurer
