Overview

Are you an experienced office assistant/Reception looking for a new position? My client are a market leading construction company and they have a new position for a confident and methodical person to join their team. This role will be primarily based at their site in London Bridge, all applicants must be happy to commute to this area. Previous Switchboard experience is a bonus Some duties include: Opening/closing the office, operating switchboard politely and efficiently. Welcoming all visitors, presenting a professional Company image and ensuring all administrative requirements are met. Provision of office administrative tasks promptly and efficiently, maintenance of records (e.g. Petty Cash) Ensure the office and all office resources/supplies are well-managed and maintained Reserve meeting areas and service as required (e.g. photocopying, provision of tea/coffee etc) Provision of document control service on allocated projects Provide assistance to site management teams with general admin tasks Collate and record Company activities on in house software Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
