Temp to perm opportunity for a skilled Purchase Ledger Senior to join this growing Manufacturing and Production sector business based in Coventry. Client Details This successful Manufacturing and Production sector busniess have experienced significant growth and due to this they are now seeking a skilled Purchase Ledger Senior to provide leadership and expertise to their finance team. Based in a lovely location in the Coventry area they have modern open plan offices and a welcoming team. Description The Purchase Ledger Senior based in Coventry would be responsible for: Management and direction of a team of 3 Purchase Ledger staff ensuring all required KPIs are achieved Conducting appraisals and 121's with staff, identifying training needs and upskilling team members where possible Management of key supplier accounts ensuring accurate invoicing and processing of supplier payments Reporting to FC on cashflow and required supplier payments Closure of ledger at month end with all necessary reporting Dealing with escalated supplier issues and working with internal stakeholders to manage the AP process effectively Oversight of all employee expense claims, reviewing and improving processes Recommend and implement improvements where necessary Profile The sucessful Purchase Ledger Senior will have a strong background in Purchase Ledger, key supplier account management, excellent communication skills and the ability to support in the process improvement of the service. You will have a can do attitude and will work with the Senior management team to improve AP processes across the business. Experience in supervising staff would be beneficial but all round skills in AP either in a Controller type position would also be considered.
