Overview
Qualified Accountant, Finance manager, Team Manager, Financial Controller Working for an ambitious organisation in Norfolk, your role will be to manage the day to day finance team. Reporting into the Finance Director you must be a qualified accountant with experience in managing a finance team to deliver an effective and efficient finance service to the organisation. Key responsibilities To manage and lead the finance service for the organisation (including transactional AP/AR/Credit control teams), providing pro-active financial and management accounting support To support the Finance Director in the production of the annual medium-term financial strategy including the coordination of information to inform the financial projections. To lead on the production of the annual accounts in accordance the statutory deadlines and liaising with the external auditors To lead the organisations treasury management function including providing advice and guidance on the management of the debt portfolio and investments. To co-ordinate the production of the annual budget setting process for the organisation What you'll need to succeed You must be a qualified Accountant with experience in working in complex organisations, you should have managed a team of people and be able to mentor and develop your staff. You need to have strong communication skills, and be able to work with budget holders at all levels.
