Overview
A leading, family-run distributors that has been running for over 30 years is looking for an experienced Sales Co-Ordinator to join their warm, bubbly team. This role is suitable for candidates that are confident, personable and have experience within a client coordination, customer administration or client servicing role previously. They are a fashionable and professional company who offer a superb work environment As the Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for: Dealing with enquires and bookings, communicating correct educational programs to enhance sales. Administering enquiries, bookings, confirmations, course certificates and other educational documents/reports, working to timescales and deadlines Developing, maintaining and effectively managing the education database to promote and secure future educational courses Managing the Education Calendar, co-ordinating dates and course venues Co-ordinating educators' diaries Ensuring education stock levels are up to date Keeping up to date with the competitor market relating to education Meeting monthly sales targets for the department within budgeted price levels or better Assisting with the set up and production of reports to show measurements of targets, margins and KPIs Co-ordinating and maintaining throughout the day the general presentation of all education rooms Maintaining training and education manuals for all brands required for education purposes Sourcing models for product testing The successful candidate for the role of Sales Coordinator will have: Proficient IT skills, including use of Word and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in customer service and coordination role Ability and confidence to make and prioritise decisions Beauty/ eyelash qualifications an advantage but not essential In return the Sales Coordinator will receive a basic salary of £20,000.
