Telesales Executive / Internal Sales Executive / Sales Administrator required for a company who specialise in the design and manufacture of industrial fans, ventilation systems, extractors and other accessories for industrial applications. Selling to a range of customers including Installers, OEM’s, Distributors and End Users. Job Title: Internal Sales Executive / Sales Administrator Package: Basic salary circa £ 24k basic dependent on experience bonus up to £4k, so £28k package. Based in Tamworth / M 42 Corridor Product: Industrial Fans and Ventilation Systems Job description: Internal Sales Executive / Sales Administrator As Internal Sales Executive / Sales Administrator, you will provide sales, telesales, administrative and customer service support to our Sales Team and General manager. You will be a self-motivated, dynamic individual who will take responsibility and ownership of the Internal Sales process. Key Responsibilities: Internal Sales: -Manage telephone enquiries, specify products for customers’ applications or pass more complex enquiries to the sales manager or General Manager, -Produce quotations for our "standard" products and monitor / follow up on these quotations to convert to sales. -Make telesales calls to generate new business and to make appointments for colleagues. - Answer customer queries and liaise with all departments to resolve customer issues. - First point of contact for sales related telephone calls. Sales Administration: -Learn all aspects of business from quotation to order receipt, purchase order, through production at factory to despatch and learn how to use the company ERP software (Microsoft AX). Experience / Skills Required: Internal Sales Experience and Sales Administration experience. Experience of telesales, cold calling and appointment making. Dynamic and self-motivated. Capable of taking responsibility and ownership. Excellent communication skills (Both verbally and written) Proficient I.T Skills are required. Organised, flexible and able to multi task. Strong Administrative skills. Confident and comfortable when speaking to customers both face to face and on the telephone. The ability to listen and ask the right questions. Must have valid passport so that AX training can be given at our head office in Spain.
