Technical Lead, Full-Stack Developer, C#, Microsoft .NET, JavaScript, Azure, API - A2/1479 Our highly successful start-up client are looking for a Technical Lead to build on an existing team and drive planning and development of their flagship software product. This Technical Lead position is ideal for Senior or Lead Developers looking to get into a role involving management or existing Engineering or Development Managers who still enjoy coding and keeping up to date with technology. The team are currently building complex software using clear reusable code , so experience with this would be essential. The company are very well formed so are "technology driven" , and "engineering-led", meaning that the new Technical Lead will require an up-to-date skillset and enjoy working with the latest software tools and platforms. Not only should you be able to do the above, being Technical Lead you should be able to leverage strengths of individual team members and effectively resolve conflicts/disputes. You should be a strong communicator, who can lead and inspire a team. Technical Expertise: Technically gifted software engineer with leadership qualities C#, ASP.NET MVC MS SQL and LINQ JavaScript , HTML5, CSS3 Have an in-depth understanding of SOLID and DRY principles RESTful and Web API design , build and use Database design and architecture Some experience working in one or more test automation frameworks Microsoft Azure Cloud Broad understanding of the tech landscape, and stay on top of developments and new technology. Leadership Responsibilities: Mentoring developers Code reviews Co-coordinating efforts across teams: QA, Product Engineering, UX etx. Contributing to the team as the technical authority Liaising with the Director Engineering and C-Level members. What’s in it for you?
