IT/STEM Graduate Location: Gillingham, Kent Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 DOE Working hours: Monday-Friday (9.30-6pm) Are you a graduate seeking to establish a career within the IT industry? An opportunity has arisen in Gillingham to join a technical team where you will be responsible for providing IT Support. You will start as a Tier 1 and can either choose to grow technically within the team or there are opportunities to progress to team leader positions. The ideal candidate will have: An IT or STEM Degree at 2:2 or above Good academic background Positive and courteous manner Work experience in a customer focused environment We will also look at candidates who have previous experience within an IT Support role or have other qualifications specifically in IT (A Level or BTEC) that possess Customer Service experience.
