Overview

Commercial Claims Handler Up to £35,000 Maidstone, Kent KESS Insurance Recruitment is working with a highly responsive commercial loss adjusting business with over 45 years' experience and spanning multiple offices around the UK. The ideal candidate will come from either a loss adjusting or insurance background. They will have experience of managing material damage property claims and will be able to demonstrate a track record of providing excellent customer service. The candidate should also have: A strong technical capability and attention to detail, able to apply differing policy wordings and coverage Ability to manage quantum proactively to achieve the best outcomes for policyholders and insurers Customer focus with a track record of delivering outstanding levels of service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver against KPIs Experience working in a Third-Party Administrator environment (not essential) Ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of your own caseload of claims, seeking assistance as necessary Excellent organisational & communications skills A positive attitude and a proactive approach to solving problems Ability to co-ordinate a variety of actions concurrently My client is dedicated to making the work environment safe and secure for all employees and as such offer an excellent starting salary up to £35,000 in addition there is a competitive pension scheme and 25 days holiday.
