Receptionist Mayfair Competitive Salary If you’re a skilled Receptionist with considerable reception experience within a corporate environment, and are looking to become the face of an absolutely lovely Private Equity company in Mayfair, then this is be the role for you THE CLIENT They’re a Private Equity firm with absolutely stunning offices based in beautiful Mayfair. The team is lovely and everyone is super supportive of one another. The other Receptionist you’ll be working alongside is really friendly and bubbly too If you’re looking for a company where you can really feel like you’re adding value as part of a team, then this is the Receptionist role for you THE ROLE This is a 12 month maternity contract, where they’re looking for a fab Receptionist to come in and hit the ground running to become the face of the company. Since you’ll be the first point of contact, you’ll need to be confident, personable and professional. It’s quite a varied role where your responsibilities would range from meeting and greeting, answering phones, managing meeting rooms and ordering office supplies, to providing ad hoc assistance to the wider team and office manager where required. THE CANDIDATE They’re looking for someone who has experience working as a receptionist in a corporate environment, and is proficient in using Microsoft Office applications. You’ll need to be trustworthy, reliable and professional, and it’s vital that you’re a strong team player. Since this is a very busy role, you’ll have to have excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and be proactive and resourceful when issues arise.
