Overview
Senior Salesforce Administrator: An exciting FinTech with recent investment is looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to optimise their use of Salesforce and help scale the business. Salesforce is their operational system of choice and they are currently leveraging Sales and Service Cloud amongst most departments, with exciting projects for Livechat, Conga and Marketing Cloud planned over the next 12 months. As the Salesforce Administrator, you will have some traditional administrator responsibilities, however this is much more than you're standard Salesforce Administrator role You will be expected to own multiple projects and understand how processes and tools can be improved through Salesforce. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle of these projects from document and define, build and execution through to testing and delivery. Not only is this an exciting role, but the company also has some great perks. The successful candidate will be expected to have: 2 years Salesforce experience. Solid core Salesforce platform knowledge (Sales and Service Cloud). Excellent business analysis skills - able to challenge and manage difficult stakeholders. Excellent communication skills. Salesforce certifications - ADM201 is highly desirable. Salesforce development skills or exposure to Conga (nice to have).
