Overview

You will be working for a law firm that has been established in Lincolnshire for 85 years with a strong focus on agriculture and rural estates, the food sector and commercial property. Primary responsibilities are to: Provide the team with typing, secretarial and administrative support Transcribe and prepare all correspondence and documents through audio-typing and word processing Assist with digital dictation and administrative support across the company Operate case management system including storing documents electronically Deal with administrative routines as required to include scanning, faxing printing and photocopying Be involved in the efficient management of client/matter files to include general filing, file opening, preparation of client care letters and terms and conditions, file closure and archiving Make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain manager/fee earners diary as required Attend clients both in person and on the telephone, ensuring the confidentiality of all the company`s and clients information Ideally you will be an experienced PA/Secretary, but it is not essential if you have a good academic background. You will ideally also be computer literate with experience with Microsoft Office. It is essential you have the ability to work under pressure, have high attention to detail & are a hardworking Individual. Training is offered in this position with opportunities to do secretarial courses and development programmes. You will also have opportunities to progress throughout the company up to Director level. You will be working 9:00 till 17:30, Monday to Thursday & 9:00 till 17:00 on Fridays. You will benefit off a competitive salary between £18,500 to £22,500 which can be negotiated depending on your skills and experience.
