Packaging Technologist Peterborough Up to £30,000 DOE Are you a passionate Packaging Technologist looking for an exciting new role? Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Packaging Technologist to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Peterborough working as part of their Packaging team. As Packaging Technologist you will ensure clients packaging specification are met and fit for use. Principle Responsibilities for the Packaging Technologist: - Develop and issue comprehensive technical components specification. Monitor NPD timescales against agreed critical paths. Assist Purchasing team with sourcing suitable components when needed. Report and analyse packaging data. Identify and develop new and innovative packaging processes and solutions. Person specification:- Must have packaging/materials technologist experience within a FMCG environment. Must have excellent decision-making skills and the ability to deal with difficult situations. A high level of IT skills, proficient in Microsoft office to include Microsoft Excel Be able to prioritise, plan and organise workloads whilst in a busy environment Good communication and inter personnel skills Team player This is a full time permanent Packaging Technologist position, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30, offering an annual salary of up to £30,000 plus annual company benefits to include a 21 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, companywide bonus scheme free on site car parking.
