Overview

We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants to work at our clients Care Homes in either Twickenham,Richmond,Teddington,Hempton and Isleworth , these homes provide high-quality care to elderly, dementia, learning difficulties and mental health residents. As a Healthcare Assistant, it’s an opportunity to widen your skills and support residents with a range of different needs. LOCATIONS Various locations across Twickenham,Richmond,Teddington , Hempton and Isleworth PAY RATES Between £8.50 - £11 per hour, depending on the shift worked THE ROLE Working as a HCA in our clients environments you will be expected to provide high levels of residential care, personal centred care practises, be able to co-ordinate with the rest of the team on the shift to ensure adequate care is provided to all residents. Working in line with our client’s policies and procedures, you will be required to keep medical records up to date, support nurses and team leaders with observations, ensure all safety standards are met in line with our client’s business practises. EXPERIENCE & QUALS · Mandatory training certification · Ideally 6 months experience within the care home sector · Good Literacy and Numeracy skills with excellent communication skills. · Ideally a DBS subscribed to the DBS update service THE FIRM Various clients across the Twickenham,Richmond,Teddington, Hempton and Isleworth area`s providing a range of care solutions including Dementia, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Elderly Persons and Palliative Care. HOURS Variety of hours available including Long Days, Short Days, Late Shifts or Nights OVERTIME All hours worked will be paid for.
