Overview
This company is the leading UK provider of waste compactors and innovative recycling equipment to the private and public sector. Their product range is designed for recyclables such as cardboard and plastic, wood, food waste, glass and general waste as well as polystyrene and problem wastes high in liquids. Their customers range from small hotels and restaurants to national waste contractors, major retailers, local government and the NHS. They also offer a complete maintenance and repair service for all the equipment they supply. They work with a number of high-profile companies that demand the best and they have a nationwide reputation which is second to none. As a result of increased demand, they are recruiting for engineers across the West Midlands. The role is field-based and therefore requires someone who can use their expertise and knowledge to provide optimum service levels for clients recycling equipment. You will, therefore, need good organisational skills, self-discipline and excellent communication skills. You will need to have an NVQ 3 Engineering Maintenance; welding qualification - (Mig, Tig MMA), Electro/mechanical cross over training and PLC programming knowledge will be advantageous. A clean driving licence is essential. Manufacturer-specific training will be provided.
