Overview
My client is looking to welcome 2 process operators on a temporary basis until September 2020. To assist in the manufacturing processes, working to the required standards to deliver production plans. Principal Accountabilities: Operates the manufacturing process to the required quality and safety standards and relevant operating procedures. Undertakes appropriate plant maintenance to ensure efficient and effective operation of plant Maintains required standards of plant housekeeping to ensure safe and efficient working practices. Identifies continuous improvement opportunities within the scope of the role and supports wider continuous improvement activities. The ideal candidates will have: Experience working in a manufacturing/hazardous environment where safety is a key priority Experience of working in a busy team, delivering to plan and adhering to strict processes and procedures Able to problem solve and troubleshoot within remit of own role. Please note that: Due to the physical nature of the role, role holder must be capable of carrying out physical work often strenuous, lifting, stairs and working in confined spaces.
