Overview

Manpower are looking to recruit experienced support engineers to join our Client on an initial 6-month contract in Erskine. Opportunities are available for those with 2nd line experience with the ambition to progress into a 3rd line role as well as those already working within a 3rd line environment. Working on a UK Public Sector account you will provide technical support and guidance across a variety of different user access devices and operating systems. You will remotely support office users across multiple sites throughout the UK as well as home or remote workers in the field. Your day will be varied and involve dealing with application testing, widespread global policy/ active directory amendments and security patching within an End User Compute environment. The ideal candidate will have knowledge/ experience of Intune and knowledge of the following: Software Packaging Office 365 Microsoft Windows 10 Software Delivery Tools: SCCM/ Intune Powershell Software packaging Certification in Windows 10 and Office 365 would be desirable but not essential The ideal candidate will have a pro-active approach towards problem/ incident resolutions in test and live environments. As a strong communicator you will be confident engaging with customers and stakeholders at a senior level. You will work on a rotational shift basis between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday with no weekend or on call work.
