Maintenance Engineer Abernethy, Perth £36,000 to £37,000 Overtime Opportunities (Realistic OTE Circa £45,000) Holidays Pension Continental Shift Pattern Maintenance Engineer required for a large, well established manufacturer who pride themselves on the quality of their products. They offer a varied role, a good team environment, training and development opportunities and overtime opportunities paid at premium rates to boost potential earnings. To apply for the role, you will ideally be a multi skilled maintenance engineer and have experience within ANY manufacturing environment. However, the company will consider applicants with either an electrical or mechanical bias. Training and official qualifications will be provided to upskill engineers in the relevant discipline. Reporting into the maintenance manager, you will work alongside another engineer and an apprentice on shift. You will be responsible for reactive and pre-planned maintenance on a wide range of production machinery. Due to ongoing investment and expansion, you will get involved in CI projects and machinery upgrades/installation. Electrically, as a minimum you must be able to read electrical schematics/drawings and have experience of working on single phase and 3 phase equipment. Mechanically, you will work on bearings, belts, conveyors, pneumatics and some hydraulics.
