If the answer is yes, I would love to hear from you A highly respected law firm are currently recruiting Customer Service Executives to join their modern, busy and friendly offices in Maidstone. The firm act for a range of large companies. The successful Customer Service Executive will join a large team who are recognised as leaders in their field. You will be responsible for delivery outstanding customer service and adding value to the team. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Dealing with a wide range of customers including individuals and businesses - mainly via telephone and email Researching cases to decide the best course of action (and referring to other departments where necessary) Producing outgoing letters/documents Speaking to customers tounderstand their situations and offer pragmatic solutions Negotiate payment terms where appropriate The successful Customer Service Executive will join a highly experienced and supportive team whilst working alongside other departments within the firm. You will be recognised with a generous starting salary to include a performance based bonus structure. In addition, there is a superb benefits package. The successful Customer Service Executive will offer the following skills: Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C including English and Maths) Strong communication skills - both written and verbal - at all levels Be highly organised Be genuinely interested in helping others and solving prolems they may face Have the ability to deal with some pressure Be inquisitive with excellent research skills High attention to detail Be able to follow direction (particularly in view of compliance) Strong negotiation skills An enthusiastic "can do" approach Hours will be worked on a shift basis of Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm on alternate weeks.
