Type - Perm Role - Junior Application Support Analyst Salary- £25,000 - £30,000 Location - North London 40 Hour Working Week First line desktop - Interpersonal - Document Business Requirements - Training provided - Global Asset Management Our significantly growing Construction organisation are looking for an interpersonal individual that has experience/ambitions to work in the IT sector. The analyst will play a key part in the day to day administration and support of there existing IT systems and projects. The organisation are looking for a Junior Application Support Analyst to join the business who will be given the opportunity to get involved with Business Analysis, Training & Testing. Required skills (at least 3 skills of the following): Interpersonal Individual Escalating Issues (IT perspective) Document Business Requirements Creating a training plan for consumers Degree in IT/Computer Science (preferable) Help Desk Support (IT) Key Activities: Attending IT and systems meetings Deliver new solutions to business Requiring support and offering assistance from an IT perspective Coordinating issues through to resolution Please apply to the ad and send your latest CV to by 20th March 2020 (12PM).
