Overview
This successful fast-growing full-service research agency is looking for a talented account manager who is looking to broaden their ability and expand their experience. Here you will be joining a world-class research company with a passion for improving customer experience through research and a better understanding of customer requirements. The purpose of the role is to take on and mange accounts, build long-lasting relationships; and able to apply analytical thinking to client briefs. You will have a passion for bringing research projects to life. Manage and oversee small to medium research projects, with an emphasis on maintaining customer relations throughout. The projects are mostly field and tab-based and the clients are mostly other research agencies. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in market research and a good knowledge of the project life cycle.
