Overview
The Client Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by a growing professional services company which due to a high number of projects has created a new position The Role This is an exciting new role which will focus on HR indirects and outsourcing Key Aspects Execute the category strategy focusing on senior stakeholders Identifying sourcing opportunities by leveraging spend analysis tools Develop sourcing strategies to deliver against business objectives for internal clients Prepare and hold business reviews with stakeholders to review vendor performance, future opportunities and/or challenges The Candidate The ideal candidate will have a full end to end experience across HR indirects and outsourcing services Key Skills 4 years of relevant strategic sourcing experience Strong negotiator withr proven experience in setting negotiation strategies and conducting negotiations Strong analytical skills including the ability to synthesize, distill and draw conclusions are large quantities of data Confident when managing internal and external senior staholders For more information please get in touch INDPRO 963375GW
