Overview

Robertson Bell are supporting a leading health charity based in London in the search for an Interim HR Administrator. You will provide vital support to the HR Director during a busy period of change across the wider organisation. This role will last for an initial period of 3 months. As the Interim HR Administrator, the role entails working in a relaxed and friendly office environment, supporting the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include; The creation of job adverts Arranging interviews Creating and issuing offer letters and contracts Completing the onboarding and online completion of HR files We are looking for an individual that has previous experience working in a similar HR Administrator job to the one listed above. An added bonus would be having a degree or CIPD qualification, but this is not essential for this post. You will have great attention to detail, be a positive team player and possess exceptional communication skills both written and spoken, being flexible with a willingness to learn whilst being able at times to work autonomously.
