Overview
Job Description A global end user in the distribution sector are looking to improve their team by hiring two experienced ERP consultants to implement JDE solutions in regards to warehouse management systems. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients, projects and industries as well as cutting edge technology. Role & Responsibilities Providing functional/application support, via Service Desk allocated calls and or Change Request Defining business requirements, conducting business analysis, providing input to system specifications, gap analysis between requirements and JDE functionality Documenting business processes Planning, designing and testing modifications, interfaces and reports for complex JDE applications Consulting with users, technology liaisons, applications support personnel and developers when researching solutions Gathering location requirements for specific JDE functional areas and performing system configuration, setup, site reviews; support prototype and integrated systems testing, Key and End User training, go live activities and post go live support Service delivery management Skills & Qualifications Functional knowledge on O2C (Sales Order Processing, Contract, Inventory, Address book & Customer Master modules) Analytical mind & international mind openness Functional specifications writing for local changes and interfaces Good interpersonal skills, experience supporting & training users Knowledge of any JDE standard localisations for the countries in scope is highly appreciated Benefits 5 weeks holiday Private healthcare Digital GP Up to 10% Bonuses
