Overview
Elite Associates have partnered with an exciting trendy fashion brand and we are recruiting looking for a Warehouse Production Manager. The production manager will be responsible for the day to day proficient running of the warehouse. Overseeing inventory processes run reliably and efficiently from grading and pricing through to distribution to stores and website. Role Includes: ? Lead by example and motivate the production team to achieve high results ? Take complete ownership and responsibility for company operations and inventory management ? Oversee the distribution and allocation of the stock into the stores and the website. ? Drive short term scheduling and long term strategic planning to ensure the efficient and cost-effective seasonal launches. ? Oversee, plan and coordinate production processes to ensure deadlines and quantities are met. ? Able to recognise and deliver improvements in processes and manage change. ? Oversee quality Control. ? Analyse business performance and KPI's. ? Maintain an organised, clean and efficient working environment. ? Work with senior managers to maintain correct inventory quantities and plan markdowns. ? Manage all HR aspects within production team including performance management, individual development goals, recruitment and timekeeping. ? Conduct competitive shops in other vintage retailers, high street stores and brands to keep up to date with the marketplace and pricing patterns. ? Ensure the warehouse is compliant with health and safety regulations. Skills Required: ? Highly organised ? Problem solver ? Ability to recognise talented individuals ? People management and development ? Able to use initiative and inspire others ? Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with all aspects of the business. ? Able to manage multiple projects and areas of the business simultaneously. ? Reactive - able to adapt to a changing environment ? High attention to detail ?
