Overview
Locations - flexible but London or Midlands would be preferred (with travel to client sites) Sectors - Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, FMCG and others (Security clearance would be an advantage). Our client are international leaders in Product Data Management (PDM), working with many of the biggest global brands across the automotive sector, across F1 and OEM alike, from disruptive start-ups to established global players, they improve the quality of their data and their approach to processing and reporting. The Automotive industry is going through a huge transformation; OEMs are being redesigned and start-ups are rising up to challenge the status quo. All players must move faster to bring exciting new products, technology and mobility solutions to the market. Tools, processes and professions designed to give teams an advantage are evolving as the race unfolds. Our client is in a unique position, working as a trusted advisor to their customers, helping them to harness the power of product data across the life-cycle from vehicle configuration through to inservice vehicle generated data. Beyond this they also apply their abilities with data to drive broader, evidence based, consultancy, delivering cost saving and operational efficiency improvements for their clients. Their experience in the delivery of excellence in the automotive industry has opened up exciting new opportunities for growth into other sectors - aerospace, defence and others, each with relevant challenges around the use of data and the speed with which they get new product to market as well as thrust for slick, efficient and cost effective processes across all operational areas. In support of this growth, they seek to appoint a number of new consultants to their UK Consulting team. We welcome applications from experienced professionals with a track-record of operational improvement experience in management consultancy, engineering or manufacturing. Security Clearance would also be an advantage, as would a strong academic history. For applicants new to consulting, full training and support will be given. Being Security Cleared would be an advantage but not a requirement.
