Office Administrator £ 18 ,00 0 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator, within a well-established hair and cosmetics company, as they embark on an exciting journey to expand, redefine and innovate the business. This role is based in Park Royal, London, and will have a focus of supporting the office in all areas of administration, as well as assisting and liaising with different teams within the company. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, as some aspects of the rolewill includecustomer and client facing duties. Key Responsibilities Supporting the office team with day to day admin duties such as answering the phone and acting as an interface with customers calling in Assisting telesales executive team with processing orders and inputting CRM data Liaising with warehouse team and assisting with their order completion Attending to customers who come into the office and directing them accordingly Assisting with client and supplier enquires in the office Supporting the line manager with ad hoc duties Essential Attributes Excellent communication and telephone manner Well organised Flexible, energetic and a dynamic candidate Skilled in Microsoft office programs Hours: Mon - Fri (37.5 hours per week) Interested?
