Key Criteria: Demonstrable experience of performing as a Team Manager/Leader/Supervisor. Experience of handling Credit Hire matters, personal injury claims or similar litigation matters. Understanding of the Civil Proceadure Rules. Able to manage and coach a team of junior handlers. Able to ensure that matters are progressed to deadline proactively. Strong motivational and commuication skills. Manage financial targets successfully. A full specification is available for consideration.
