Trymview Hall care home is a brand new, state-of-the-art care home being built in Southmead, Bristol. Here, quality care will be delivered in luxury hotel-style surroundings. Trymview Hall opened its doors in 2019, when our experienced team will provide full time nursing and residential care, short term respite care and specialist dementia care. At Trymview Hall, we will support residents to live life the way they want. We will get to know them well so that we can create care and lifestyle plans – even menus – that are tailored to their needs and tastes. What you’ll need Experience of caring for others would be useful, not necessarily in a paid role – you may have looked after an elderly relative or friend. More important though is your kind-hearted nature, your belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative and imagination, follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload. You’ll be comfortable talking to, and working with, people from different professions, you’re great at keeping records too. Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding.
