A lovely care provider in Bristol are looking for new support workers to join their ever-expanding team The role will be supporting young adults/adults with learning disabilities in their own homes, they are looking for caring upbeat individuals, who can drive and have access to their own vehicle. Currently, they are looking for part-time for 20-25hrs a week, but for the right person they will consider full-time.The hours are flexible around the hours of 6.30am-6pm Monday to Friday, but they will be looking to soon extend into the weekends and to do sleep-ins. Training and shadowing is available for those in need - someone new to care would start at £9.00 per hour, a QCF level 2 would start at £ 9.30 per hour, and for QCF level 3 your wage would £ 9.50 per hour. There would be money towards your mileage, and there can always be a further discussion of money for individuals with high experience in the sector.
